2009: Dodson McPherson was another freshman starter for the Bulldogs last season. He started in 31 games for Allen Osborne. McPherson had multiple hits in 10games last season, including four hits on three different occasions, all during conference games. Dodson led the team in triples last season with three. Showing some versatility, he recorded two stolen bases as well. McPherson ended the season with a .331 batting average. Dodson is the son of Worth and Debbie McPherson.
