Biography
2020-21 (JUNIOR)
- Swam a personal-best 100 Butterfly (54.19) in the L-R/Catawba tri-meet
- Competed in four events at the Bluegrass Mountain Conference championships in Fort Mill
- Posted an NCAA Division II B cut in the 500 Freestyle with his time of 4:32.23
- Other BMC times: 200 Butterfly (1:55.50), 200 Free (1:41.23) and 1000 Free (9:32.22)
- Established season-best marks in the four BMC events (200 Fly and 200, 500 and 1000 Free)
2019-20 (SOPHOMORE)
- Earned All-American honors in the 800 Freestyle Relay at NCAAs in Ohio
- All-Bluegrass Mountain Conference in four events at the 2020 meet in Charlotte
- Collected bronze medals in the BMC 1000 Freestyle (PR time of 9:16.29) and the 800 Freestyle Relay (6:40.50)
- Finished fifth in the BMC 1650 Freestyle (15:48.77) and sixth in the 500 Freestyle (4:29.15)
- Established a personal-record 100 Freestyle time of 47.71 at the Spartan Invitational Â
2018-19 (FRESHMAN)
- Competed in the 200-yard freestyle (1:40.11), 500-yard freestyle (4:33.42), 1000-yard freestyle (9:32.54), and 1650-yard freestyle (16:04.48) at the 2019 NCAA Division II National Championship
- Collected two bronze medals in the 500-yard freestyle (4:28.05) and 1650-yard freestyle (15:44.92) at the Bluegrass Mountain Conference Championship
- Also swam the 1000-yard freestyle (fifth, 9:24.39)
