Hilton helped lead 15th-ranked Bulldogs to an impressive 3-0 week in SAC play. Wingate started the week by becoming the first SAC school to win at Catawba this season, while following with weekend sweeps over Carson-Newman and second-place Lincoln Memorial.The three victories helped Wingate improve on its best start in school history, as the Bulldogs move to 21-0 overall and 12-0 in the SAC. Wingate has now won 76 consecutive league contests and 44 straight regular-season matches. The Bulldogs are 152-8 overall since the start of the 2007 season, leading the nation in winning percentage during that stretch.
Hilton averaged 3.80 kills per set on the week, hitting .381 while adding 3.50 digs and 0.70 blocks per set. She started her week with 16 kills and 15 digs in the win at Catawba, hitting .351. Hilton had 12 kills and 12 digs in the Carson-Newman victory. She capped her week with 10 kills in 17 swings at the sweep over LMU, good for a .588 hitting percentage.
Hilton is fifth in the SAC with 3.26 kills per set, while leading the league with a .329 hitting percentage. She is third on the team with 2.75 digs per set.
