The Wingate University Athletic Communications staff coordinates the publicity and promotion of all 29 Wingate athletic teams, including press releases, publications, statistical information, and the maintenance of the athletics web site. The staff also oversees the operations video productions, broadcasting, operations of the press box and scorer's table at Wingate home events.

Media
Members of the media planning to cover Bulldog athletics should contact the appropriate member of the Wingate athletic communications staff. Working space at the press box / scorer's table is limited, so please contact the appropriate staff member ahead of time. Wireless Internet access is available at all home baseball, basketball, football, soccer, softball and volleyball events. Members of the media will be provided with pre-game notes, programs, statistics, and any other relevant materials. Box scores will be available at certain intervals throughout the game, including play-by-play printouts if requested.

Interviews
All requests for player and coach interviews must be made through the athletic communications staff. Players and coaches will be available following a 10-minute "cooling off" period after each home contest. Post game interviews of visiting players and coaches will be available upon request.

Broadcast/Internet/Radio
All requests for radio and other broadcasts must be made through the athletic communications staff in advance. Hard wired internet is available at baseball and football, while wireless Internet is available for visiting broadcasts at all home baseball, basketball, football, soccer, and volleyball events; phone lines are available for baseball, basketball and football.
