Turman had 18 points and 13 rebounds in the overtime victory at Anderson, going eight-for-13 from the field. He had 13 points and 11 boards in the win at Mars Hill, adding a pair of assists. Turman capped his week with a career-high 29 points to go along with 16 rebounds in the 90-89 OT win at Johnson C. Smith. He went 13-for-14 from the field, hitting a pair of free throws in the final seconds of regulation to force overtime.
Turman is averaging 13.3 points and a league-best 10.4 rebounds per game. He has five double-doubles in nine games this season, helping Wingate start the season 8-1 overall and 5-0 in the SAC.
