Gaffney, S.C.----The Wingate University men’s soccer team picked up a huge road victory Saturday, blanking Limestone College 2-0 at Saints Field. Limestone (2-1 overall) is the number 23 team in the NSCAA/adidas Division II poll. Year-in-and-year-out, Wingate (1-1 overall) is one of the top teams in the NCAA Division II Southeast Region.
The visiting Bulldogs scored twice in the final 20 minutes of the match.
