Newberry, S.C.---- The Wingate University Bulldogs took a season-high 34 shots Saturday afternoon while blanking their fifth straight conference opponent en route to a 1-0 victory over the Newberry College Wolves in South Atlantic Conference women's soccer action at Smith Road Complex. The Bulldogs win their seventh straight, improving to 7-1 overall and 5-0 in league play while the Wolves fall to 3-3-3 on the season, and 1-3-1 in conference.
