Wingate, N.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs scored the first eight goals of the game in the opening 11 minutes en route to a dominant 17-6 victory over the Coker College Cobras in South Atlantic Conference women's lacrosse action Wednesday Afternoon at Graham Gill Field. Wingate improves to 7-7 overall, and 4-2 in conference play, while Coker falls to 5-8 on the season, and 2-5 in league play.

FIRST HALF
- Wingate started the game a man-up,
Emily Ketron found the back of the net after just 25 seconds of playing time
- Wells scored back-to-back goals, putting Wingate up 3-0 with 23 minutes left in the half

Morgan Akers found the back of the net
- The Bulldogs got two goals from Gottschalk to go along with a Wells go to take a 6-0 lead
