Charlotte, N.C.----The 10th-ranked Queens University Royals scored the first eight goals of the second half Saturday afternoon, pulling away for a 18-6 victory over Wingate University in South Atlantic Conference women's lacrosse action. The Royals improve to 15-2 overall and 8-0 in league play, while Wingate falls to 8-8 on the season, and 5-3 in the SAC.
