Wingate, N.C.----The 10th-ranked Queens University Royals utilized a dominant 14-4 first half Friday afternoon, pulling away for a 20-5 victory over Wingate University in the Semifinals of 2019 South Atlantic Conference women's lacrosse tournament. The Royals improve to 16-2 overall. Wingate finishes the season 9-9.
