Wingate, N.C.---- The Wingate University Bulldogs played to a 2-2 draw with the visiting Nova Southeastern Sharks in NCAA Division II men's soccer action at Pride Park. Wingate begins 2-0-1 on the season, while the Sharks moves to 2-1-1 overall.
THOUGHTS FROM COACH HAMILL
"We knew the second half was going to be very hard. We battled in there, but to be fair it's all a learning experience. We went 2-0 up, we had opportunities to finish off the game. We gave up an unfortunate penalty kick and then some rookie mistakes. It's a process, the team's got to learn. We didn't get a win, but we certainly didn't get a loss."
