Wingate, N.C.---- The 13th-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs had 12 different players score Sunday afternoon, outscoring Westminster College 14-4 in the first half en route to a 19-13 victory in Division II men's lacrosse action at Graham Gill Field. The Bulldogs improve to 2-1, while the Griffins fall to 0-4, with all four contests coming against ranked opponents.
THOUGHTS FROM TIM BOYLE
"Very clean first half and then a little sloppy in the third quarter and into the fourth. We need to clean some things up. We were happy to get some guys in that didn't get time in the first two games to see what they can do. To get them so valuable game experience. It doesn't matter who goes on the field we've got to do our part and clean it up moving forward for UIndy."
