Bergendorff’s six saves not enough as ‘Dogs fall at Lenoir-Rhyne

Hickory, N.C.-----The Wingate University Bulldogs recorded 10 shots on Saturday afternoon, but none found the back of the net in a 2-0 defeat at Lenoir-Rhyne University in South Atlantic Conference men's soccer action. Lenoir-Rhyne improves to 9-4-1 overall and 6-3-1 in the SAC, while the Bulldogs fall to 6-7-1 overall and 4-5-1 in league play.
