Jefferson City, N.C.-----The fourth-seeded Carson-Newman University Eagles scored in the 64th minute on Saturday afternoon, while holding off fifth-seeded Wingate University 2-1 in quarterfinals of the 2021 South Atlantic Conference women's soccer tournament in Jefferson City. The Eagles improve to 11-4-3 on the season, while the Bulldogs fall to 11-6 on the season.
