Gaffney, S.C.----The 11th-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs went on the road and picked up an impressive 12-3 victory at #5 Limestone in South Atlantic Conference men's lacrosse action Saturday afternoon. Wingate improves to 3-0 overall and 1-0 in the SAC, while the Saints fall to 2-1 overall and 0-1 in league play.

- Limestone opened the scoring in the frame, but the 'Dogs responded with four straight goals
- Vodovnik netted three straight goals to make it 6-1 with 6:52 to go
- Riley's goal with 4:30 remaining put the Bulldogs on top 7-1
- The Saints scored twice in the final 2:30 to pull to within four heading to the second half
THIRD PERIOD
- Wingate scored five times in the final 30 minutes, while shutting out the Saints
- Riley, Vodovnik and Pierpont scored in the frame to make it 10-3
FOURTH PERIOD
- Padden's goal in the opening minute put the Bulldogs on top by eight
- Vodovnik capped the scoring with 5:36 remaining, making it 12-3
