SAC CHAMPS! #25 Wingate downs #7 Lenoir-Rhyne 1-0 for fourth tourney title in six years

Hickory, N.C.----The 25th-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs knocked off their second top-15 opponent in four days Sunday afternoon, prevailing 1-0 at #7 Lenoir-Rhyne University to claim the 2021 South Atlantic Conference men's soccer tournament championship. Wingate improves to 6-1-1 overall, while the Bears fall to 6-1-6 on the season.
