No. 20 Limestone knocks off Wingate 2-0

Gaffney, S.C.-----The 20th-ranked Limestone University Saints recorded their nation-leading fifth clean sheet of the season on Saturday night with a 2-0 win over visiting Wingate University in South Atlantic Conference men's soccer action. Limestone improves to 5-1 overall and 3-0 in SAC play, while Wingate fall to 2-4-1 and 0-2-1 in league play.

- Wingate outshot Limestone 8-5 in the final 45 minutes
- Fabio Rodrigues put a shot on frame in the 59th minute that was turned away by Hipper
- Hancock struck again with 30 minutes left to make it 2-0
- A Pedro Santos shot in the 72nd minute hit the post
- Jackson Hollenbach's shot in the final seconds was saved by Hipper
