Wingate, N.C.----Wingate University outfielder
Jed Bryant went five-for-six Saturday afternoon, hitting for the cycle to lead the second-ranked Bulldogs to a 10-6 victory over the University of Charleston in NCAA Division II baseball at Ron Christopher Stadium. Wingate improves to 6-0 overall, while the Golden Eagles fall to 2-3 on the season.

FIFTH INNING
- Bryce Toussaint led off the top of the fifth with a solo shot to make it a three-run game

- Bryant started the frame with a single
- He scored on Clark's RBI single through the right side to make it 7-3
SEVENTH INNING
- Toussaint's two-run single made it a two-run game
- The Bulldogs responded with three runs in the bottom of the frame
- Singles from Motsinger and Williams-Rhem put two on for Bryant
- He completed his cycle with a two-run triple to dead center to make it 9-5
- McNeely followed with an RBI single to put Wingate in double digits for the fourth time this year
