#2 Wingate has 11-game winning streak snapped at Francis Marion

Florence, S.C.----The second-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs dropped just their fourth game of the year Wednesday night, falling 8-0 in a shortened contest at Francis Marion University in NCAA Division II baseball action. The Patriots improve to 21-12 on the year, while the Bulldogs fall to 31-4 overall. The contest was called in the seventh inning due to severe weather.
