88th minute goal from Martins gives Wingate 1-1 tie against Newberry

Wingate, N.C.----Wingate University freshman Tim Martins picked a good time to score his first career goal, finding the back of the net with less than three minutes remaining in the second half as the Bulldogs earned a 1-1 draw against Newberry College in South Atlantic Conference men's soccer action at Pride Park. Wingate moves to 2-3-4 overall and 1-1-3 in the SAC, while the Wolves go to 3-4-1 overall and 1-1-1 in league play.
