Wingate, N.C.----For the second straight season and sixth time in the last 10 years, the 10
th-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs are the regular season SAC champions. Wingate took down Coker University 1-0 in South Atlantic Conference men's soccer action Wednesday night at Pride Park, improving to 10-3-2 overall and 9-1-1 in the SAC. The Cobras fall to 8-5-3 overall and 5-5-1 in league play. The Bulldogs, riding an eight-match unbeaten streak, enter the SAC Tournament as the number one seed.

- Mafela and Fabio Rodrigues also put shots on goal that were turned away
- Munby's save in the 84th minute kept the game scoreless
- The 'Dogs got on the board later in the 84th minute
- Khenayzir took a pass from Pozos and netted his first goal of the year to make it 1-0
