Columbus, Ga.----The 17th-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs cruised to a 7-0 victory over the University of Montevallo Saturday afternoon, then dropped a tight 4-3 match at #2 Columbus State on Sunday. The Bulldogs move to 4-2 overall. The CSU match saw Wingate sophomore Florian Walcher prevail in three sets against the nation's top-ranked singles player.

- Edis Nokic and Gabriel Constantino rolled to a 6-1 win at one doubles
- Walcher teamed with Carlo Rosselini for a 6-3 victory at two doubles
- Hugo Nossler and Jonas Grasmueck prevailed 7-5 at three doubles
- Wingate took a 1-0 lead into singles play

SINGLES

- Walcher won 6-3, 6-3 at one singles
- Constantino rolled to a 6-0, 6-3 victory at two singles
