Clover, S.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs scored the first four goals of the day Friday afternoon, rolling to a 4-2 victory over Belmont Abbey College in South Atlantic Conference field hockey action at Field Day Park. Wingate improves to 2-1 overall and 2-0 in league play, while the Crusaders fall to 0-3 overall and 0-1 in the SAC.

- Wingate earned a penalty corner three minutes into the contest
- Muscillo's shot off the Cordrey corner was blocked

- Schrijvers was again there to finish, putting the Bulldogs on top 2-0
THIRD QUARTER
- Cordrey scored her first goal of the day three minutes into the second half

- Her second goal of the day and fourth of the week gave WU a 4-0 advantage

- Isabella Grasso scored in the final second to make the final margin 4-2
