Wingate, N.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs picked up a big league victory Thursday night, prevailing 2-1 against Lander University in South Atlantic Conference field hockey action at Graham Gill Field. The Bulldogs move to 8-1 overall and 5-1 in the SAC, while the Bearcats fall to 4-3 overall and 4-1 in league play.
