Newberry, S.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs went on the road and picked up a huge 2-1 victory at eighth-ranked Newberry College in South Atlantic Conference field hockey action Monday evening. The 'Dogs win their seventh straight, moving to 10-1 overall and 8-1 in the SAC, knocking off their second top-10 opponent of the season. Newberry falls to 8-2 overall and 5-2 in league play.
