Wingate, N.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs opened up a four-game weekend home stand with a 6-3 victory over the University of Findlay Friday evening in NCAA Division II baseball action at Ron Christopher Stadium and Plyler Athletic Field. Wingate moves to 7-4 overall, while the Oilers fall to 1-4 overall.

- The Bulldogs had two of the three extra-base hits including the lone homer

- RBI singles from Cam Farrar and Nate Brooks cut the lead to one
SIXTH INNING
- Findlay tied it in the sixth on a Bulldog error

- An RBI single from Harris drove home Crevelt to put the 'Dogs back on top
SEVENTH INNING
- A Clark one-out single, followed by walks to Crevelt and

- Williams-Rhem delivered a pinch-hit two-run single up the middle to make it 6-3
WRAPUP
- Harvey got the win, moving to 1-1 on the year
- He struck out two in 3 2/3 shutout frames, allowing just two hits
- Logan Bragg took the loss, allowing four runs on six hits in 5 2/3 innings
