Wingate, N.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs opened up their home slate Friday night with an 8-4 victory over the University of Charleston in NCAA Division II baseball action at Ron Christopher Stadium and Plyler Athletic Field. Wingate moves to 2-2 overall, while the Golden Eagles fall to 0-1 on the season.
