Lakeland, Fla.----The #15 Wingate University Bulldogs won the doubles point Monday afternoon at Florida Southern, but the Mocs won four of the first five singles matches to prevail 4-2 in NCAA Division II men's tennis action. Florida Southern moves to 7-3 overall, while the Bulldogs fall to 3-4 on the season.

DOUBLES

- Luka Brown and Hugo Nossler rolled to a 6-2 win at one doubles
- Carlo Rosselini and Florian Walcher won by the same score at three double
- The 'Dogs took a 1-0 lead into singles play

SINGLES

- Nossler prevailed 6-3, 6-3 at five singles
- Gabriel Constantino was up a set at one singles, with set two tied 6-6 when the match was clinched
- Walcher dropped a tough three-set match 5-7, 6-4, 3-6 at three singles
