Wingate, N.C.----The 23rd-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs handed #29 Tusculum University its first league loss of the season Saturday afternoon, cruising to a 6-1 victory in South Atlantic Conference men's tennis action. Wingate moves to 11-5 overall and 9-0 in the SAC, while the Pioneers fall to 14-4 overall and 7-1 in league play.

DOUBLES

- The nation's 15th-ranked duo of Luka Brown and Hugo Nossler rolled to a 6-0 win at one doubles
- The 30th-ranked duo of Gabriel Constantino and Edis Nokic prevailed 6-2 at two doubles
- Wingate took a 1-0 lead into singles play

SINGLES

- Constantino won 6-1, 3-6, 6-2 at one singles
- Florian Walcher prevailed 6-2, 6-4 at three singles
- Brown picked up a 6-2, 1-6, 6-2 victory at four singles
- Nossler rolled to a 6-3, 6-2 win at five singles
- Nokic collected a 6-3, 6-2 victory at six singles
