Pensacola, Fla.----The Wingate University Bulldogs suffered a tough 3-2 loss at #21 West Florida Friday afternoon, but bounced back for a thrilling 3-2 victory over Northwest Missouri State on day one of the Outback Invitational in NCAA Division II volleyball action. West Florida prevailed 25-21, 23-25, 25-18, 20-25, 15-8 in the opener, while the 'Dogs battled back to defeat Northwest Missouri State 23-25, 24-26, 25-19, 25-23 and 15-11 to move to 5-1 overall.
