Winter Garden, Fla.----2023 SAC Freshman of the Year Pablo Pozos got off to a quick start in his sophomore season, scoring a pair of goals to lead #20 Wingate to a 4-1 victory at Rollins College in the season opener in NCAA Division II men's soccer action Friday night. The 'Dogs start the year 1-0, while the Tars fall to 0-1 overall.

- He lined one past the keeper off Jansen's assist to make it 2-0
- Rollins cut the lead in half in the 40th minute on a Kaden Foreman goal

SECOND HALF

- Pozos pushed the lead back to two in the 63rd minute
- He took a Rodrigues feed and found the back of the net for the second time to make it 3-1
- Jansen finished up the scoring in the 79th minute
- His first goal as a Bulldog made the final margin 4-1
