Wingate, N.C.----The University of Mount Olive Trojans scored three unanswered goals in the second half Sunday evening to take a late 4-3 lead, but an 89th minute goal from
Makenna Freeman earned Wingate University a 4-4 draw in NCAA Division II women's soccer action at Pride Park. The Bulldogs move to 1-0-1 on the year, while the Trojans go to 0-0-1 overall.

- Yaneli Sanchez answered 10 minutes later to cut the lead in half
- The Bulldogs took a 2-1 lead to halftime
SECOND HALF
- Husted ripped a goal into the upper right corner from well outside the box to give WU a 3-1 lead four minutes into the second half
- Tianna Hill pulled Mount Olive within one in the 62nd minute
- Addison Dangler tied it 11 minutes later off an Oliva Womack assist, making it 3-3
- Sanchez struck again in the 78th minute off a Samantha Hamrick assist to put UMO on top 4-3
- Wingate earned a free kick with 90 seconds remaining in regulation
- Ensalaco sent a ball in the box, which was finished off by Freeman to tie it at four
