Columbus, Ga.----The 26th-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs went 4-1 in singles play Wednesday afternoon, prevailing 4-2 at #24 Columbus State University in NCAA Division II men's tennis action. The Bulldogs improve to 8-0 overall, while the Cougars fall to 6-6 on the season.

DOUBLES

- The Cougars won 6-3 at one and three singles to claim the point
- Columbus State took a 2-0 lead into singles play

SINGLES

- Florian Walcher rolled to a 6-3, 6-1 win at two singles
- Carlo Rosellini prevailed 6-4, 3-6, 6-4 at three singles
- Rodrigo De La Torre won 6-4, 5-7, 7-6 at five singles
- Jashan Joachim notched a 6-4, 6-3 victory at six singles
