Salisbury, N.C.----Hannah Stevens and
Savanna Brooks combined for five homers and 11 RBI Thursday afternoon, leading the Wingate University Bulldogs to a doubleheader sweep at Catawba College in South Atlantic Conference softball action. Wingate won the opener 10-2 in five innings, while prevailing 8-5 in game two to improve to 18-14 overall and 9-1 in the SAC, while the Indians fall to 12-16 overall and 2-6 in league play.
