Monroe, N.C.----The 22nd-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs rolled to a 4-0 victory over #44 Carson-Newman University in South Atlantic Conference women's tennis action Saturday afternoon. The Bulldogs improve to 11-4 overall and 7-1 in the SAC, while the Eagles fall to 9-3 overall and 6-1 in league play.

DOUBLES

- Chloe Kosmrlj and Daniela Kotara rolled to a 6-1 win at one doubles
- Fernanda Castillo and Gigi Hinson won by the same score at three doubles
- Suzuka Sambyakugari and Claudia Vallejos led 4-1 at two doubles when the point was clinched
- Wingate took a 1-0 lead into singles play

SINGLES

- Kosmrlj won 6-1, 3-6, 6-1 at one singles
- Sambyakugari rolled to a 6-1, 6-3 victory at three singles
- Hinson prevailed 6-4, 6-2 at five singles
- Castillo was up 5-2 in the third set at two singles when the match was clinched
- Vallejos had a 4-2 lead at four singles when the clincher occurred
- Mariia Bobrovska led 4-0 in set three at six singles
