Sumter, S.C.----The second-seeded and 17th-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs rolled into the SAC Tournament semifinals, prevailing 4-1 over seventh-seeded Anderson University in the quarterfinals of the South Atlantic Conference women's tennis tournament Wednesday afternoon. The Bulldogs improve to 16-4 on the season, while the Trojans fall to 18-8 overall.

DOUBLES

- Chloe Kosmrlj and Daniela Kotara cruised to a 6-1 win at one doubles
- Fernanda Castillo teamed with Gigi Hinson for a 6-2 victory at three doubles
- The Bulldogs took a 1-0 lead into singles play

SINGLES

- Kosmrlj prevailed 6-3, 6-4 at one singles
- Castillo rolled to a 6-3, 6-1 victory at two singles
- Suzuka Sambyakugari cruised to a 6-1, 6-1 win at three singles
