Wingate, N.C.----The 24th-ranked Lincoln Memorial University Railsplitters outscored Wingate University 35-20 in the second and third quarters Saturday afternoon, prevailing 64-52 in South Atlantic Conference women's basketball action in Cuddy Arena. LMU improves to 18-3 overall and 13-3 in the SAC, while the Bulldogs fall to 14-8 overall and 9-7 in league play.

- Isaac made three free throws in the final second, cutting the halftime lead to seven
THIRD QUARTER
- Triples from Smiddy and Anderson extended the LMU lead to 13 early in the second half
- Hill's three at the 6:17 mark made it 44-29
- Hill's layup with 3:22 remaining stretched the lead to 17
- An Isaac three and two Bacon free throws cut the lead to 12 at 48-36
FOURTH QUARTER
- Kamil Collier's three-point play at the 6:35 mark gave Lincoln Memorial a 56-42 lead
- Two Merceron free throws and a Beale triple pulled the 'Dogs within nine
- Merceron buried a three with 3:02 to go, making it 60-52
- Lexi Patty answered with a triple to push the lead back to double figures
