Rock Hill, S.C.----The eighth-seeded Wingate University Bulldogs took top-seeded and seventh-ranked Anderson University down to the wire Wednesday afternoon in the quarterfinals of the 2026 South Atlantic Conference men's basketball tournament. The Trojans held on for a 69-67 victory, improving to 27-2 overall and advancing to Friday's semifinals, while the Bulldogs end their season at 15-14.
