Hickory, N.C.----The Lenoir-Rhyne University Bears prevailed 15-13 in the fifth set Friday night, capping off a 3-2 victory over visiting Wingate University in South Atlantic Conference volleyball action. The Bears won by scores of 25-23, 21-25, 25-23, 15-25, 15-13 to improve to 6-3 overall and 4-1 in the SAC, while the Bulldogs fall to 7-3 overall and 3-2 in league play. All three setbacks for the 'Dogs this season have come in five sets.
