2009: Joey Calandra started 17 games in his junior season for the Bulldogs, recording 71 saves at a rate of 70.3%. He posted a 12-5-1 record with two shutouts, including a four-save performance to aid a 4-0 win over Flagler in the NCAA playoffs.

2008: Calandra started 20 matches at goalkeeper for the Bulldogs in 2008, posting an overall record of 10-7-2. Calandra recorded three shutouts. He posted a season-high saves in a regular season contest at Tusculum.

2007: Calandra started 21 games in the nets for the Bulldogs as a freshman. He racked up 74 saves on the season, with a .718 save percentage. Calandra registered four shutouts on the season. He collected 16 saves in Wingate’s 6-1 win over West Virginia Wesleyan.

High School: Calandra was a two-time All-Conference and All-County performer at Bishop England, a South Carolina powerhouse. He had the lowest goals against average in the conference as a junior. Calandra was the team captain his senior year.
