Biography
Shey Brown joins the Bulldog family after a distinguished athletic and academic career at Richmond Senior High School. As a senior, she was MVP and co-captain for both the basketball and the volleyball teams. Brown was named to the All-Conference team in both sports her final season.
Brown led the Raider basketball team in points per game (14.3) and rebounds per game (3.3) her senior season. She also led the volleyball team in blocks and service points her final campaign. She was voted the Richmond Senior High Female Athlete of the Year in 2010.
A pre-med (Biology) major at Wingate, Brown was an N.C. Academic Scholar at RSHS. She graduated in the top 30 of her class. Shey is the daughter of Kenton Brown and Toni Pemberton.
