2013: Placed fifth in his third collegiate race, posting a 28:31 8K time on home course at Bulldog Stampede Invitational…Three top 15 placements on season…Ran 27:40 8K at Montreat Invitational for 14th place finish…Earned a spot on the All-Freshman team at the SAC championship meet by taking 15th (27:04.0) to finish first among Wingate’s runners….SAC Commissioner’s Honor Roll student…
 
High School: Alex Craig was a four-year All-Northwestern Conference cross country runner for South Caldwell High School and head coach Dana Smith. Craig was the Caldwell County Runner of the Year his junior and senior seasons. He was named to the All-Region cross country team after his senior campaign. Craig was cross country team MVP three times (sophomore through senior year) and team captain twice (junior and senior season). An honor student at SCHS, Alex is the son of Travis and Kim Craig.
