Biography

Andrew Brenner’s blocking helped Wingate lead the SAC in passing offense (333.73 yards per game) in 2012. Brenner and Wingate’s O-Line helped QB Robbie Nallenweg lead the SAC in total offense (323.73 yards per game) and pass efficiency (138.30). Thanks to Brenner and the Wingate offensive line, two Bulldog running backs averaged four-plus yards per carry.

Brenner was an all-league, all-area and all-star game participant for Costa Mira High. He was a two-time all-league selection. A team captain his final season, Brenner was a member of the CMHS National Honor Society. Brenner also participated in track and field during his scholastic days. At El Camino Community College, he received the Most Improved Player award and the Scholar-Athlete award. Andrew is the son of Stephen and Donna Brenner.
