Personal: Martin joined the Wingate family as a transfer from Sierra College. As a sophomore, he had 53 tackles from his outside linebacker position for SC head coach Jeff Tisdel. He was a member of the football, wrestling and track teams at Madison County High. He helped MCHS and head coach Randell Owens advance to the state football play-offs for the first time in school history. Martin was team captain and an all-conference and all-region choice his final season, leading the team with 12 sacks. He was Madison’s most improved track performer and an all-region pick in wrestling. An honor roll student throughout high school, LeJacque is the son of Kelvin and Elaina Porter.
