Personal: Orlando Colon joined the Bulldog family during the 2014 spring semester as a transfer from Nassau Community College. He started at tight end before he made the move to the offensive line. He was part of the team that won the Golden Gate Conference championship during his only season at Chabot in 2012. He attended Freedom High School in Bethlehem Pa., as they won the Eastern Conference championship in 2007. Colon and his Freedom teammates advanced to the 2008 conference championship game as well. As a senior, he was a two-way player at tight end and defensive end for head coach Jason Roeder. The son of Orlando Colon, Sr. and Lynn Campbell, Orlando Colon was also a member of the Freedom High basketball team.
