Biography

2014-15: Armony Dumur joined the Bulldogs for her junior year as a transfer from the University of Bridgeport. She helped the Bulldogs claim two national titles at the 2015 NCAA meet in Indianapolis. Individually, Dumur won the 100 Butterfly with a new national record time of 52.42. Dumur and three teammates won the gold medal in the 400 Medley Relay with a new school record time of 3:40.28. She set her third 100 Fly national record of the day with her (relay) time of 51.99. Dumur swam the 50 Freestyle (23.30, 14th place) and the 100 Free (50.87, 12th place) adding two honorable mention swims to her All-American haul. She swam in four NCAA championship meet relays for the ‘Dogs. At the conference level, she had two top eight finishes in the Bluegrass Mountain Conference meet. She was third in the 100 Butterfly (53.82) and sixth in the 50 Freestyle (23.40). Dumur was named a CSCAA Scholar All-America award winner in addition to her All-America honors in the pool.
