Personal: Colton Beard was a four-year starter and four-year letterman for head coach David Maness at North Lincoln. Beard was selected to the North Piedmont All-Conference team in 2013 and 2014. He was also elected team captain for his senior campaign. In his four seasons, Beard amassed 217 tackles, 13 sacks and nine forced fumbles. He was the Knights’ defensive player of the year his senior season. Colton is the son of Lee and Elizabeth Beard.
