2014: Mills recorded 31 stops as a sophomore…Finished season strong with season (and career) high eight tackles at Carson-Newman…Posted at least one tackle in 10 of his 11 games…Four stops in SAC victory at Brevard…Three tackles four times (Limestone, number six Lenoir-Rhyne, Tusculum and Mars Hill)…

2013: Saw time in 10 of 10 games as a true freshman…Had one tackle each in back-to-back SAC victories over Catawba and Brevard…Recorded two quarterback hurries versus North Greenville…
 
Personal: Josh Mills collected all-conference laurels his final two seasons for head coach Chris Medlin at Forestview. Mills received the team’s Scholar-Athlete Award following each of his four seasons. As a sophomore, he earned the Jaguars’ Most Improved Player award. Mills received Forestview’s Lineman of the Year award two years in a row. He was a member of the National Honor Society and the Beta Club. Josh is the son of Chris and Michelle Mills. His cousin (Perry Fewell) is the defensive coordinator for the New York Giants.
