2015-16: Layla Tanik led the Bulldogs with 17 singles wins during her junior season, going 17-3 overall with an 11-0 mark against SAC opponents…Earned honorable mention All-SAC honors...Picked up 14 wins at five singles, adding three victories at six singles…Won each of her last 12 singles matches, dropping just one set in the streak…Dropped just one match against Division II opponents as a junior…Compiled a 10-3 record in doubles play, going 6-1 in SAC play.

2014-15: Tanik earned second team All-SAC singles honors during her sophomore season…Went 15-5 in singles play with an 11-0 mark against conference opponents…Picked up 14 wins at four singles and one victory at three singles…Honorable mention All-SAC doubles selection…Went 15-2 against Division II opponents…Won 13 of her final 14 singles matches, including 6-4, 6-2 win over #36 Tusculum and 6-2,7-5 win at #28 Queens…Picked up singles and doubles win in SAC Tournament victory over Anderson…Teamed with Caroline Holland to go 12-4 in doubles play, with an 8-1 record against the SAC.

2013-14: Tanik piled up a team-best 20 wins during her freshman season...Went 18-1 at number four singles for Wingate, adding wins at number three and number two singles...Went 10-1 against SAC opponents...Went 20-1 against Division II opponents...Had a 17-match winning streak, losing only one set during the streak...Picked up a singles and doubles victory in Wingate's win against #12 Francis Marion...Also had two wins in the win against #40 GRU Augusta...Went 16-7 in doubles play, with a 7-2 mark against the SAC.
