2008: Junior Nyemb was named to the Daktronics men’s soccer All-South Atlantic Region second team in 2008. In addition, he is a two-time NSCAA All-Appalachian Region first team selection. In 2008, Nyemb led the Bulldogs with 16 goals on the season. He was second in the league in goals scored. A second team All-SAC selection in 2008, Nyemb was fourth in the league with 33 points. He was second in the league with six match-winners on the year. A top-flight student, Nyemb has been named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District III men’s soccer second team two consecutive seasons. Nyemb is a three-time All-SAC selection (second team in 2006 and 2008 and first team in 2007).

2007: Nyemb started 21 games for the Bulldogs his sophomore season, leading the team with 13 goals and 31 points. Nyemb was sixth in the SAC in points per game and goals per game. He was a first team all-conference performer while also being named to the all-region team. Nyemb started the season with two assists at Coker, two games later he netted three goals in a 3-2 win over Davis and Elkins. He also registered a hat trick in a 5-1 win at Alderson-Broaddus.

2006: Nyemb was selected to the 2006 NSCAA All-Appalachian 
Region first team. Nyemb earned second team All-SAC honors in 
2006. He led the Bulldogs in total points with 18. Nyemb notched 
six goals and six assists this season. He led the Wingate club 
with three match-winning goals.Nyemb (pronounced “yem”) was named SAC men’s soccer Player of the Week in September. During his big week, Nyemb scored two goals and added one assist as Wingate won three NCAA
Division II Appalachian Region matches and one SAC match en 
route to a 3-0 record for the week.
